Day 11 Incredible India!!

Today was the start of the Ladakh festival. The procession of culture and heritage of Leh started at 0730 hours , just 50 meters away from my guest house.
People from all district of Leh dolled themselves up on parade,
with traditional costume,
and colorful props.
Am I scaring you now with this costume?
Scores of people lined up the streets to watch the procession.
School children were no exception too.
Parading through the market bazaar, the procession ended at the polo ground.
The tourist had a special place reserved. The locals are somehow not allowed to mix with the foreigners and had to be seated separately.
There were a few opening speeches where it was followed by a cultural show,
Accessories on the costume looked beautiful indeed,
